This vote serves to ratify this Snapshot vote which approved the movement of $5,232,330 USD (8,759,999.20 GTC) from the Gitcoin Treasury to the Grants Lab multisig. We will request 50% of this now and remaining 50% before the end of H1.

This budget proposal covers the full year of 2025. The budget requested is $4,831,109 with anticipated revenues of $2,323,027. We will also request $401,221 for reserves (calculating total reserves at 20% with current treasury of $565,000.)
