Summary:

Sets the initial state of the Yield Distribution Locker.

Purpose:

This proposal sets up the accounting system necessary to manage the distribution of yield within the protocol. It establishes target yields for the senior and junior tranches and allocates residual earnings to the Zivoe Core Team to support future protocol development.

Details:

The following actions will be taken upon successful execution of this proposal:

1. Set the target yield for the senior tranche to 14% APR.
2. Set the target yield for the junior tranche to 25% APR.
3. Set the protocol fee to 0%. 4. Allocate 100% of residual earnings to the Zivoe Core Team.
